a conservative will never pass a red budget. a conservative will never increase the size or the power of the government. a conservative will make people responsible for their own actions. a conservative uses common sense judgment in spending other peoples money. a conservative gives to those in need willingly out his own pocket, while not forcing others to do the same. a conservative will build a strong effective national defense. America has not had a president in the last 50 years that has done these things. a liberal forces every one to pay for the folly of others, a liberal wants those that work hard and get ahead to pay higher tax rates than those that don’t. a liberal wants people to depend on the welfare of the government to provide daily common sense needs. a liberal government will spend more than it steals causing a run away debt. a liberal will cut spending on national defense and use that money on social programs to get the people dependent on the government. how people call bush a conservative is just wrong he was way more liberal than clinton, who was considered a liberal. are people confusing the name republican with title conservative? there are very few conservative republicans out there, just like there are a few conservative democrats. unless they are comparing bush to obama you could never call him conservative. obama=bush X bush more of the same bad government only worst. understanding what conservatives and liberals are which was bush?
