Western Oklahoma House Seat Goes To Todd Russ

Republican Todd Russ, beats Democrat and wins House Seat 55. For the first time ever a Republican has won HD 55. Oh what a night, Russ wins race back in October, what a win what a night!
“I will stand for Godly values and Godly leadership in government. We as citizens have let government take prayer out of our schools, take the Ten Commandments out of our capitols, and they continue to tell us as Christians to be quiet about our fundamental beliefs. Our Christian values are the very things that have made our state and nation so great. We as rural Oklahomans greatly influence the standards of our nation because we are part of the Bible Belt. We must engage ourselves in the political process and support a leader that is willing to stand for these values regardless of party pressures.

Oklahoma Congressional delegation ranks high. Fallin ranked the most conservative in Oklahoma. Democrat Dan Boren ranks very low. He talks conservative when in Oklahoma, but votes with Obama.

Was Pelosi So Wrong About Swastikas?
Posted by: | Commentshttp://sweetness-light.com was featured on the Rush Limbaugh show about a report of Representative Pelosi accusing the protesters at Democrat health care town halls of carrying swastikas.
Interviewer: Do you think there’s legitimate grassroot opposition going on here?
Pelosi: “I think they’re Astroturf… You be the judge. “They’re carrying swastikas and symbols like that to a town meeting on health care.”
Of course her mistake may be understandable, especially in view of Mr. Obama’s latest logo for his healthcare program:

Chief sponsor of this resolution is Carolyn McLarty, Oklahoma’s National Committeewoman. Finally, we have a leader that has the courage to take a stand. While some people (so called leaders) never take a stand, Carolyn speaks out for freedom. The framers of our Constitution would be proud of Carolyn McLarty; I know I am.

On Tuesday, April 21, 16 members of the Republican National Committee petitioned the Chairman of the RNC to call a special meeting to consider three proposed resolutions declaring Democrats-as-Socialist, opposing earmarks and commending Republican Members of Congress for opposing bailouts and reckless government spending. The special RNC meeting has now been scheduled for May 20th, in conjunction with the previously scheduled RNC State Chairman’s meeting in Washington, D.C.
The Republican National Conservative Caucus played a role in the preparation of the resolutions, helping connect conservative members of the RNC with the goal of returning the RNC to the conservative principles upon which the Republican Party was built.
The following is an excerpt from an email sent by RNC Vice Chairman James Bopp, Jr., National Committeeman – Indiana, to members of the RNC, announcing the special meeting and the three resolutions.
