Randy Terrill Rumored to Run for County Commissioner
The rumor is that Representative Randy Terrill of Moore is considering forgoing his House seat and file for the District 2 position. Randy Terrill is subject of criminal charges alleging he was involved in a bribery scheme with former Senator Debbe Leftwich. As an arch foe of House Speaker Kris Steele, Terrill has been encouraged to run by fellow comrades at the capital. How genuine that support is suspect.
The rumor was first mentioned around the Cleveland County Courthouse by DA Greg Mashburn. Randy Terrill was asked by KTOK’s News Department of his decision to run. Terrill told the radio station that he had been encouraged by others to seek the commissioner position.
