Only eleven days left until the election and Kyle Loveless SD 45 candidate still has not paid his debt to the Cleveland County Republican Party. Kyle has owed the Party $1500.00 now for two years. Kyle has promised Chairman Warren that he would pay the County back before the election, Tuesday Aug 26th. Will he keep his word?
