First, two terms we need to set straight. A Transgender is someone who is mentally/spiritually one sex while trapped in the body of the other. They do not have to express it in any way. A Transsexual is a transgender who has actually moved to unite body and spirt. That is, they are taking hormones, using surgery and a myriad other techniques to reshape their body to that of their true gender.

I still don’t know the details of this ordinance, no thanks to this article either, so I will just say how things SHOULD be if our lawmakers are sane.

1. Cross-dressers and any male/female who ‘claim’ to be transgender should not be able to use the womens/mens bathroom. This is because their ‘true nature’ is still subjective and hidden. I can go along with this though I do sympathize with true transgenders.

2. A transsexual SHOULD be able to use their chosen bathroom. Unlike the transgender, They will be obvious because they will have the physical features of their true gender. Not only that, but they will have the correct mentality for their environment thanks to hormones and the natural state of their mind/spirit.

For instance, a MtF trans who has been on hormones long enough to ‘show’ is harmless. They are as weak (AND VULNERABLE) as a natural born girl, but also they are mentally, sexually and emotionally a girl too. Whenever society tries to ‘drag them back’ to their old state, it is very traumatizing and hurtful for them. This includes being forced to use the wrong bathroom.

If this law is being made more for the LGB community and less for the T, then there could be problems, yes. It’s likely, too…the more I think about it…because the LGB part gets far more legal/political attention then the T. After all, you don’t see us going on “Transsexual Pride” marches…haha. We just want to lead ordinary lives as our true gender. I just hope any planned backlash against the ordinance at least keeps us oft forgotten people in mind.

The Communists have been attempting to subvert our traditions in America for decades. Their vehicle of choice is the Democratic Party. Perversity is part of they’re game. We see it on display here. Communists are using Gay Rights groups with the aid of the Democratic Party to further their perversity of America. Clowns like your own President Obama support this perversity. He calls himself a Christian? What a joke!!

Who is standing up for the rights of the majority of the people? I oppose this law, but not for reasons some may think. I have not ill contempt toward any person of the gay/lesbian community. However, the bathroom ordinance is not exactly for them, now is it. We already shares bathrooms. The real issue is that this law now opens doors for any sexual predator, child molester, rapist and pervert to hang out in the restrooms and violent the privacy of women and children.

I feel now that I am being discriminated against. Is it that I’m female, that I have morals that I teach my children or is it that I profess to be a christian??

I want to keep my children innocent in the knowledge of certain issues as long as possible.

And I ask that if the people of these communities; gay/lesbian, human rights activists and other organizations preach about rights, respect and discrimination, maybe it would be better served if they actually practiced that thought to others; especially those that may not agree with you!

Please do not confuse the difference between discrimination and mere disagreement!!
